Agreement By booking a session, retreat, event or stay with Highlands Centre for Healing, or by using this website, you agree to these terms and any specific terms confirmed in your booking. ## 2\. What we offer Highlands Centre for Healing provides non-clinical, ground-based equine assisted somatic healing, energy work, retreats and on-site accommodation. Specifically: - Somatic Energy Healing With Horses — 1:1 60-minute session - Reiki With The Herd — 1:1 90-minute session - Equine Healing Retreats — day, weekend or extended - Nature Retreat Accommodation — The Stables and Gang Gang Hideaway Our work is **non-clinical**. It sits alongside your medical or psychological care, not in place of it. It is not covered by health insurance or NDIS. ## 3\. Pricing and payment Session prices are listed in Australian dollars. Retreats and accommodation are quoted individually on enquiry and confirmed in writing before booking. A deposit may be required to hold your date. ## 4\. Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a single session. For retreats and multi-night stays, cancellation windows are longer and will be confirmed in your booking. Late cancellations may forfeit part of your deposit. ## 5\. Safety on the land Eureka Pines is a working sanctuary with horses, other animals, uneven ground and native wildlife. You agree to follow Soo's guidance around the herd, wear closed-toe shoes in paddocks, and let us know about any relevant medical conditions or allergies before your visit. ## 6\. Not a substitute for professional care Our sessions and retreats are complementary and non-clinical. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact your GP, mental health service or an emergency service (000 in Australia; Lifeline 13 11 14). ## 7\. Horse welfare The herd lives at liberty and is never haltered or made to participate in sessions. Their welfare comes first. If a session needs to be rescheduled to protect the herd, we will always offer to reschedule you. ## 8\. Photos and privacy We may take occasional photos of the land and herd for our website or social media. We will not photograph or identify you without your consent. ## 9\. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session, retreat or stay in question. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. ## 10\. Changes We may update these terms from time to time.
